The BUMOT engine skid plate (or bash plate as they are often referred to in Australia) for KTM 790 & KTM 890 is made of 4mm aluminium with welded construction for strength. The force of an impact is distributed over a large area via eight mounting points. The side of the skid plate extend upward to provide significant protection for the lower engine cases – no need for a redundant lower crash bar! This item comes available in powder coated black finish with stainless steel brackets and includes all installation hardware. PLEASE NOTE: The KTM genuine centre stand will not fit with the Bumot skid plate for the KTM 790/890, however it will fit with the SW-Motech Centre Stand.
